Strata Search

To initiate a strata search, please fill out the form below. Your request will be processed within three business days, contingent upon the submission of all required information and proof of payment of the strata search fee. The fees for Strata Search are stipulated by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016. An upfront payment of $34.10 (including GST) per inspection is required via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

All strata searches are conducted online. A unique link granting access to the records, valid for 24 hours, will be forwarded to the provided email once your request is processed.

Note: Written authorisation from the owner or the vendor's solicitor must be provided for non-owner searches.
