Logie Award-winning TV presenter, journalist, and radio host Terry Willesee broadcasted the last 2GB breakfast show from the building on 23 January 2003.
Today, Pacific Trade Centre serves as the headquarters for Gong Cha Australia and houses several legal and accounting firms, medical practitioners, and Compass Strata!
