Residents requesting an additional or replacement restricted key, access card or FOB must complete this form. Pricing and turnaround times are subject to third-party providers and cannot be guaranteed by Compass Strata. Some buildings may also incur a $200–$250 contractor call-out fee to code new FOBs, in addition to the FOB cost. We will advise if this applies. All requests must comply with the building by-laws.

Tenants should ask their Property Manager to submit the request on their behalf. If unsure, please contact service@compassstrata.com.au.
