Nearly two decades ago, I began my strata journey with the purchase of our first Sydney apartment, swiftly becoming Chairperson for a 350+ lot community. This firsthand experience revealed the transformative power of committee members in driving positive change. Motivated by this realisation, I expanded our property portfolio and joined strata and BMC committees for prime real estate, including World Tower.
Amassing valuable customer experience as both an owner and committee member, I conquered diverse strata issues, from multi-million dollar defect claims to overseeing seven-figure capital projects. I've been dedicated to fostering the development of robust, vibrant communities within the strata landscape.
My passion for strata led to an Executive appointment at Smarter Communities, one of Australia's largest strata management agency. More recently, I was the General Manager & Director at More Than Strata. Before diving into strata, I held Executive roles in ASX-listed companies, gaining diverse industry and corporate expertise.
Drawing on this wealth of experience, I founded Compass Strata to collaborate with fellow strata owners, offering guidance in navigating the complexities of strata and community living.
