In compliance with the provisions outlined in Section 258 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, it is imperative that in the event of a lot being leased, the lessor inform the owners corporation not later than 14 days after the commencement of the lease. For your convenience, the owner or the leasing agent/property manager can provide the required information using the form below. The information provided will be used to update the Strata Roll.
Owners must give notice to the owners corporation of a new lease within 14 days of commencement by law.
